Es f\u00e4llt jede Menge Arbeit bei einem WordCamp an, die wir nur mit eurer Hilfe stemmen k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei gibt es ganz unterschiedliche Aufgaben, sodass f\u00fcr jede:n etwas Passendes dabei ist \u2013 egal ob du lieber im Hintergrund arbeitest oder gern direkt an der Registrierung stehst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist das Besondere am Volunteer-Sein?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Volunteer kannst du dich sinnvoll einbringen und der Community helfen. Und nebenbei profitierst du auch noch davon. Neben dem kostenlosen Ticket bieten wir dir tiefe Einblicke in die Organisation eines gro\u00dfen Events. Du triffst alte Bekannte und lernst viele neue kennen. Mit dir sorgen wir daf\u00fcr, dass das WordCamp Deutschland 2023 eine wundervolle, offene, erschwingliche und f\u00fcr alle zug\u00e4ngliche Veranstaltung wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was erwarten wir von dir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du stellst uns als Volunteer f\u00fcr maximal zwei halbe oder einen ganzen Tag deine Zeit zur Verf\u00fcgung und erledigst mit dir vorab besprochene Aufgaben. Zu welchen Zeiten es f\u00fcr dich passt, fragen wir ab, sobald der Zeitplan mit allen Talks ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du versuchst, Teilnehmer:innen w\u00e4hrend des WordCamps so gut wie m\u00f6glich zu helfen. Halte dich an den <a href=\"https:\/\/germany.wordcamp.org\/2023\/verhaltenskodex\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"185\">Verhaltenskodex<\/a> und informiere die Organizer, wenn unsere Aufmerksamkeit irgendwo erforderlich ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und vergiss nicht: Wir lassen dich mit keiner Aufgabe alleine! Unser Team steht dir bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten jederzeit zur Verf\u00fcgung. Wir sind hier, um sicherzustellen, dass deine Erfahrung als Volunteer beim WordCamp Deutschland 2023 genauso bereichernd und erfreulich ist, wie f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer:innen der Veranstaltung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bei folgenden Aufgaben kannst du mithelfen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check in<\/strong> \u2013  Teilnehmer:innen einchecken, WordCamp-T-Shirts ausgeben und Namensschilder (Badge) verteilen. Info-Stand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00fcrsteher<\/strong> \u2013 Orga-Raum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Video<\/strong> \u2013 Unterst\u00fctze das Video-Team bei der Aufnahme der Vortr\u00e4ge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was bekommst du?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn du als Volunteer beim WordCamp angenommen wirst, bekommst du einen Code f\u00fcr eine Ticketreservierung und deine Teilnahme ist gesichert!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au\u00dferdem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du bekommst freien Eintritt zum WordCamp inkl. Verpflegung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wir geben dir die M\u00f6glichkeit einen Blick hinter die Kulissen zu werfen und zu lernen, wie man eine gro\u00dfe Veranstaltung organisiert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du wirst Teil eines gro\u00dfen Netzwerkes und hast die Chance, die Community kennenzulernen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Neuling lernst du sofort ein paar nette Mitstreiter*innen kennen und bist direkt mittendrin im Geschehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du erh\u00e4ltst eine Einladung zum Social Dinner am Vorabend des WordCamps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last but not least \u2013 darfst du dir unserer unendlichen Dankbarkeit sicher sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anmeldung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Call for Volunteers ist beendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"english_version\">Call for Volunteers \u2012 Volunteers needed<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What would a WordCamp be without volunteers? There is a lot of work at a WordCamp that we can only manage with your help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are many different tasks, so there is a suitable job for everyone \u2012 whether you prefer to work in the background or directly at the registration desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is so special about being a volunteer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a volunteer, you can make a meaningful contribution and help the community. And you also benefit from it. Besides your free ticket, we offer you deep insights into the organization of a big event. You will meet old friends and get to know many new ones. With you, we ensure that WordCamp Germany 2023 will be a wonderful, open, affordable and accessible event for everyone.<br>What do we expect from you?<br>As a volunteer, you make your time available to us for a maximum of two half days or one full day and complete tasks measured with you in advance. We will ask you at what times it would suit you after the schedule with all the talks has been published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will try to help participants as much as possible during the WordCamp. Follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/germany.wordcamp.org\/2023\/verhaltenskodex\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/germany.wordcamp.org\/2023\/verhaltenskodex\/\">Code of Conduct<\/a> and inform the organizers if their attention is needed anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t worry \u2012 we will help you and are always available for questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You can help at the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check in<\/strong> participants, hand out WordCamp T-shirts and distribute name badges.
