Tabea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Education, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse cultures and the critical role of education in empowering communities. Building upon this foundation, she pursued a Master’s degree in Management of Social Change, equipping her with the necessary skills to drive transformative initiatives contributing to a fairer world.
In her current role as Partnership and Outreach Manager at Groundbreaker, a Cologne-based NGO, she fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders, establishes meaningful partnerships, and strategically mobilizes resources to address societal challenges effectively. Recognizing the profound impact of education, the organization has established an IT-Scholarship program aimed at empowering underprivileged women in Uganda with digital skills and opportunities for personal growth and development.
Tabea’s passion lies in promoting equal access to education and inspiring others to engage in the pursuit of social change. Therefore, being a speaker at WordCamp presents a remarkable opportunity for her to spread the impactful message of equal education and demonstrate the transformative potential of technology in empowering lives.
She looks forward to contributing in WordCamp Germany and engaging with like-minded individuals who share the vision of a more equitable and inclusive future.
